So I decided to take up quilting again since I’ve had so much time off work lately. I decided that I would attempt my first baby girl quilt (I got carried away with boy ones previously–which I might add were much cuter). So here it is. I nearly forgot how to sew since it has been at least 3 years. It’s just a simple patchwork.
For some reason it shows up red, but it is really dark pink. Ugly yes, but once I started I had to finish.

NOT ugly! I like the vibrant color scheme.
I will say that Diane surprised me on this one. I knew she talked about her ability to sew, but I didn’t give her much credit. I’m happy to say that I have a wonderful wife with lots of great skills, including sewing!
I love it! Definitely NOT ugly. We should get together and sew sometime.
I CANNOT sew. I am impressed D.
I continue to be amazed by your many talents Diane! Sewing is definitely not on my list of talents and I envy your ability :)!!
Diane, that quilt isn’t so bad. And you never know which random things your kids will get attached to, it might be their favorite.
